What is the DA Leadhership Network for Women?

The DA Leadhership Network for Women is an empowering event designed for women leaders in education. It features thought-provoking keynotes, workshops, and networking opportunities to inspire, elevate, and connect women leaders at all levels.

Who should attend this conference?

This conference is designed for women in K-12 and higher education, including superintendents, principals, district leaders, educators, and other professionals dedicated to leadership and innovation in education. For further information please visit the Attend page.

When and where will the conference take place?

Event Registration

How do I register for the conference?

You can register online through our official registration portal here.

What is included in the registration fee?

Your registration fee includes access to all keynotes, breakout sessions, networking events, and materials. For further information on registration packages and pricing please visit the Attend page here.

Are group discounts available?

Yes! Discounts are available for teams of 3 or more. Contact our team at conferences@etcnetwork.com for details.

What is the refund policy?

Registrant substitutions may be made at any time with no penalty. Cancellations received in writing by August 18, 2025, will receive a refund minus an administrative fee of $150. Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded. Unpaid cancellations will be billed for the appropriate fee. No-show registrations will not be refunded. Please email any requests for refunds or substitutions to conferences@etcnetwork.com. 

ETC reserves the right to cancel the conference due to a lack of registrations. In case of conference cancellation, ETC’s liability is limited to the refund of the conference or expo registration fee only. ETC reserves the right to alter this program without prior notice.

How do I book a hotel room?

Is parking available at the conference venue?

Yes, if you're driving to the DA Leadhership Network for Women, The Westin Downtown Washington, DC, offers on-site self-parking and valet services for a hassle-free experience.

Parking Rates:

Self-Parking:

  • $11.00 per hour
  • $48.00 per day (includes in/out privileges)

Valet Parking:

  • $65.00 per day

Garage Clearance: 6 ft. 4 in. (Please note height restrictions for oversized vehicles.)

💡 Parking Tip: Spaces may be limited, so we recommend arriving early or exploring nearby parking garages if needed. All parking fees are subject to applicable DC taxes.

Are there any travel discounts available?

Event Details

What should I wear to the conference?

Business casual attire is recommended for all sessions and events. Feel free to bring comfortable shoes for walking around the venue.

Will meals be provided?

Breakfast, lunch, and light refreshments will be provided during the conference. Attendees are welcome to use the $30 daily food & beverage credit (included with your hotel stay) for additional dining options.

Are there networking opportunities?

Accessibility

Is the venue ADA accessible?

Are sign language interpreters available?

Sign language interpreters can be arranged upon request. Please contact us at conferences@etcnetwork.com at least two weeks before the event to make arrangements.

How can I become a speaker or panelist?

If you’re interested in sharing your expertise at the conference, submit a proposal through our [Call for Speakers] form.

Can I volunteer at the conference?

Will the sessions be recorded?

Select sessions will be recorded and made available to registered attendees after the conference.
